Laurie took over ownership of the Sydney Franchise of Frontline Retail in 2006 after having successfully worked and owned his own service business for 6 years. Laurie has had 9 years experience in managing a team of focused and dedicated personnel aimed at serving clients needs both as owner and manager in a supply business prior to immigrating to Australia from South Africa, where he also obtained insight and experience across a broad range of industries working as a Chartered Accountant for several years. Laurie intends to use his many years of experience in business to serve the needs of both clients and candidates at Frontline Retail in a professional and efficient manner.

Andrea joined Frontline Retail in 2001 as a consultant and rapidly progressed through the company to become the Agency Manager for the Sydney office. Combining her years of retail experience with recruitment and training Andrea has a passion and understanding of the retail employment market and the importance of both client and candidate needs. With a combined 17 years in retail, training, and recruitment, Andrea has developed a strong reputation of integrity, professionalism, and trust not only with candidates and clients but also within the recruitment industry.

Helen started working with the company as a recruitment consultant in February 2004. Prior to joining Frontline Retail, Helen had many years retail experience working for such companies as The Body Shop, Betts, and Sportsgirl. She is passionate about both the retail industry and the city of Darwin. Helen believes that this passion, along with her local knowledge and experience of the challenging Darwin market, is what will ensure Frontline Retail Darwin's continued success

Colleen and Mark have owned the Brisbane Agency since mid 2005. Before that, Colleen was the manager of the Brisbane agency for two years. Colleen has 15 years management experience in both Sales and Operations. Starting out as a Call Centre Manager overseeing two brands and then moving into Regional and State Management roles. This experience combined with local knowledge and commitment to understanding the needs of individual businesses, means that Colleen and her team are positioned to continue to lead the market in retail recruitment in Queensland.

Jacqualine relocated her family from Melbourne in 2006 to manage the Adelaide Agency. She has a passion for retail recruitment after spending many years in the retail sector. Starting as a sales assistant for Eazywalkin Shoes, Store Manager for an intimate apparel boutique in Melbourne, Assistant Department Manager at David Jones and Store Manager for Sussans Secrets at Chadstone just to name a few. Jacqualine believes in making contact with Frontline Retail an exciting and positive experience for both the client and the candidate.

Sarah Vockler's career in recruiting began eleven years ago when she became the first Frontline Recruitment Group Franchisee. As the pioneer for the specialised Retail industry sector, Sarah quickly earned the reputation of being a high achiever where she enjoyed significant success in her business. By assisting Clients to find that perfect Candidate and helping Candidates pursue their career dreams, Sarah has developed strong long-term relationships with all stakeholders that have certainly strengthened the Frontline brand.

Prior to commencing her own business, Sarah had the benefit of working within the retail environment by participating in the famous Myer Cadetship. Through her drive and determination, she moved steadily through this system, eventually specialising in Fashion and Accessories. After 15 years with Myer, Sarah continued to progress her career by becoming State Manager with a well-known jeans wear retail group. In this position, she was responsible for managing many of their retail outlets located throughout Australia. Sarah’s ‘hands-on’ retail experience, has been invaluable when providing specialised recruitment knowledge and best practise strategies to her Clients, Candidates and Staff.

Michael joined Frontline Retail after more than 20 years in various executive roles in the Retail Industry. He has worked in senior roles for emerging privately owned businesses experiencing major growth phases and with some of the largest retail businesses operating extensive store networks throughout Australia. This involved being accountable for teams ranging in size from 20 up to over 400 and covered both specialty store businesses and larger format store businesses. Michael fully understands the challenges faced by retailers when trying to attract talented candidates for vacant roles and to provide for store network growth.

With this practical hands-on experience, Michael is well placed to provide strong on-the-ground support to any retail business that operates stores in regional areas of Victoria. Addressing recruitment needs across such a large geographic area is a major challenge, our clients can benefit from using Michael, and his team to do the hard work associated with searching for quality candidates and reduce the time taken to make a successful appointment.

Agency Owner: Victoria Mountain

Victoria began her retail career in London where she gained extensive experience in visual merchandising, store management and cluster management. Victoria has worked for several multi-national companies including Laura Ashley, Wallis and Feather & Black.

In 2006 Victoria arrived in New Zealand where she worked in Store Management before moving into a recruitment consultant role in our Frontline Retail Auckland agency. At the 2008 Frontline Recruitment Group Annual Award ceremony held in Sydney, Victoria was named Rookie Consultant of the Year, taking out fierce competition from across the Tasman.

Victoria is a true retailer who is passionate about retail and strives to deliver an exceptional service to both candidate and client in the South Island region.

Agency Owner: Bruce Ridley

Bruce began his retail career with Caltex Oil New Zealand Ltd in various regional marketing roles where he was responsible for retailer business development, retail site selection, and retail marketing plan execution. As Assistant Manager Reseller Sales in Caltex Head Office Bruce shared responsibility for formulating national retail business planning, market share analysis, management of retail investment budget, and overseeing national marketing strategies.

After many years of advising retailers on how to maximise returns from their retail stores Bruce decided it was time to "walk the talk" and purchased a strategic Caltex Service Station and with his team increased retail sales to become one of New Zealand’s largest and most successful convenience stores and fuel site. Over the last few years Bruce has continued his passion for retail running several smaller retail and contracting business units, while consulting as Retail Business Advisor to the Paper Plus Group of retail stores throughout New Zealand.

As Agency Manager of Frontline Retail Wellington office Bruce is able to combine his Passion for Retail and Human Resource management as a retail recruitment specialist.
