Connie worked for ten years in both pharmaceutical and devices roles within a global company. Working her way through the ranks from sales representatives through to Regional Sales Manager she has continually had her focus on exceeding her customers expectations to ensure a win-win situation for all involved.

Prior to this Connie worked in the UK as a Nursing Unit Manager so has as in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry form both sides and understands the specific requirements for specialists working in this arena.

Graham Howard Agency Manager: Graham Howard

Graham is the Agency Manager for Frontline Health in Brisbane and as a former candidate and client of Frontline Recruitment Group, he is acutely aware that the role of a good recruiter is to work closely with candidates and clients alike to achieve the best outcome for all parties. With a background in Healthcare and sales and over 10 years in various management roles, Graham strongly supports the view that for organisations to prosper, they MUST have the right people. Working in the Healthcare sector has re-enforced his belief that because this market is so specialised it needs a team of specialised recruiters to work within this area to source quality candidates. In previous management roles, Graham has attempted to instil into teams that being the best is not about being the biggest but about providing quality outcomes for the customer. Martine Harvey

Prior to joining Frontline Health, Martene worked for seven years with a global Healthcare company progressing from sales representative to Regional Sales Manager, where customer focus, driving for results and teamwork were a major focus. Martene also understands the importance of hard work and determination to succeed as she spent over ten years living in Switzerland, dedicating herself to the challenges of learning a new language to successfully establish herself as a dietitian in the Healthcare Industry. Susan Sanday Agency Manager: Susan Sanday

Equipped with the knowledge and understanding of what makes a perfect relationship between a candidate and a client, Susan Sanday exudes an abundance of experience in the area of recruitment. With more than 10 years experience in recruitment roles and business partnerships, when ‘only the best will do’, her focus not only centres around the skill sets of the candidates but the candidate’s motivational fit to match the clients expectations. Her passion for ensuring that only the best-suited candidates are put forward is always her number one priority.

Prior to joining Frontline Health, Susan was the National Operations Manager for a large home wares retailer where for over five years she was instrumental in the growth and development of the business from twenty-one stores to over fifty-four plus stores. As a senior manager in the business, her ability to manage and develop people has seen her manage 500+ employees. Before this, her experience extended to developing and managing a network of dealerships within the Telecommunications industry. Once again, her strengths were in forging new territory in expanding the channel to drive sales and recognition as one of the world leaders in the business. Her astute people skills and business management processes are invaluable when it comes to frontline recruitment in delighting our Candidate’s and Client’s expectations for excellence.

Agency Manager: Debbie Glen

With an extensive background in senior management at both strategic and operational levels, Debbie Glen brings her European experience to New Zealand.

She has worked with several international blue chip organisations as both an employee and a consultant in the UK, USA and Europe. In these roles she has covered retail, IT, marketing, distribution & logistics, procurement, research, project management business restructures, strategic reviews, process redefinition to name but a few. She has a wealth of general business experience and as such is seen as a mentor to many. It is her ability to quickly get to know the key aspects of a business that makes her successful in working with both clients and candidates to their mutual advantage.

As a leader she has managed people for over 20 years from small teams to organisations with 200 employees. Through this she has refined her interviewing skills to a fine art.

Most recently, Debbie steered an iconic New Zealand national menswear retailer through a period of expansion managing the field team through the GFC. Debbie understands all too well that a successful business is based on a great customer experience along with a happy and productive workforce. At the helm she won JRA Best Workplaces 2009 and Most Improved Medium Size Business, so she knows fair bit about what makes for a great place to work.
