Frontline Recruitment took out another huge win this year at the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) MYOB Excellence in Franchising Awards in WA.

 

Susan Sanday's Perth Frontline Health recruitment agency was awarded the WA Single Unit Franchisee of the year, and Bronwyn Butcher of Frontline Retail, Construction, Finance & Legal won the WA Multi-unit Franchisee of the year. Both winners will be competing in their categories for the National title at the Franchise convention, on the 21^st October 2009 in Perth.

FCA judges said Susan Sandy “exudes an abundance of experience in the area of recruitment. With more than 10 years experience in recruitment roles and business partnerships, when ‘only the best will do’, her focus not only centres around the skill sets of the candidates but the candidate’s motivational fit to match the clients expectations. Her passion for ensuring that only the best-suited candidates are put forward is always her number one priority.”

 

For Bronwyn Butcher who took out the 2008 WA Franchise of the Year Award, this is a back to back win. "Her strong principals of Envision, Enable and Energise resonate throughout her submission and make Bronwyn a stand out, not only in her field, but the WA franchise sector" the judges said on the awards night.
