Jeff3Jeff joined Frontline Retail in 2008 as a recruitment consultant, and his success was rewarded when he won the Rookie Consultant of the Year at the Frontline Recruitment Group annual awards ceremony held in July 2009. In September 2009 Jeff and Natalie took over the ownership of the Canberra Frontline Retail Franchise and have been able to grow the agency through a consistent consultative approach with all stakeholders.In 2010 Jeff and Natalie opened Frontline Hospitality Canberra and began working with Canberra’s premier hospitality venues and national hospitality chains. 2015 marks the opening of Jeff and Natalie’s 3rd agency, Frontline Heath Canberra.

Prior to Frontline, Jeff spent almost fifteen years of his career in the Retail sector, working in various management roles predominantly in the supermarket and sporting goods sectors of the market. Natalie’s background includes Hospitality, Pharmacy Management, as well as retail home-wares and sporting roles. This experience combined with their local knowledge of the Canberra retail, hospitality and health markets allow Jeff, Natalie and their team to deliver an outstanding service to their clients and candidates. Jeff and Natalie are passionate about the recruitment industry and believe in approaching their candidates and clients with honesty and integrity, thereby creating a positive experience for all involved.

Martene also understands the importance of hard work and determination to succeed as she spent over ten years living in Switzerland, dedicating herself to the challenges of learning a new language to successfully establish herself as a dietitian in the Healthcare Industry. Martene holds a Bachelor of Science, a Diploma of Dietetics and in 2004 completed her MBA, which has enabled a further development of business management skills with an emphasis on Human Resource Management and how companies can achieve greater organisational performance by appointing the best people for their business.

ConnieWorking in the healthcare industry requires one to have industry specific knowledge and hands-on experience to fully understand the specific requirements, adequately match ones client’s needs with their candidate’s skills, background, and career goals. With over twenty years industry experience and a personal history of longevity within her teams Connie continually strives to exceed her clients and candidates expectations.

Connie worked for ten years in both pharmaceutical and devices roles within a global company. Working her way through the ranks from sales representatives through to Regional Sales Manager she has continually had her focus on exceeding her customers expectations to ensure a win-win situation for all involved.

Prior to this Connie worked in the UK as a Nursing Unit Manager so has as in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry form both sides and understands the specific requirements for specialists working in this arena.

Connie’s strengths include Customer Focus, Client and Candidate Care, Negotiation and Managing for Success.

In 2005, Connie undertook a Masters of Management at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, allowing her to hone her business skills particularly in the areas of customer relationship management and human resource.
