We are seeking a Clinical Nurse (CN) for an Residential Care facility (50). This Aged Care Facility has low and high care residents. They have established an excellent reputation for its commitment to staff satisfaction, customer service and quality improvement. This full time position is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Nurse. You will be working  weekdays (Monday to Friday) .

　As a Clinical Nurse (level 2) you will be responsible for　　　

• Education of all staff
• Development, implementation, monitoring and reviewing of resident care plans
• Supervision of the nursing staff
• Researching of Clinical matters and pursue continuous quality improvement
• Liaising with management, medical staff, residents, and families
• Supervising and monitoring care practices, planning and assessments
• Preparing, supervising and reviewing all resident care data including assessments & care directives
• Facilitate audits, reporting, ACFI administration 

　This position would suit a registered Nurse (RN) with

• Strong working experience with ACFI administration and clinical assessments
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated supervisory skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, supervise and direct a team
• Accurate knowledge of nursing practice and passion to educate staff.
• Analytical and clinical research skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of continuous quality improvement and aged care accreditation
• Proven experience to managing and implementing administrative & clinical initiatives
• Preferably you have certificate IV in Training and Assessment
