Our client is an organisation focused on growing their people and growing their organisation. They are now looking for a highly driven and experienced Facility Manager, who is committed to leading their team to deliver excellence in care.

As a Facility Manager within their residential aged-care facility, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility and as a major part of the management team provide dynamic leadership for your team.

Due to the responsibility of the role it is imperative you possess the following:

Previous management and leadership capabilites - a strategic leader recognising success comes from your team

Have a demonstrated knowledge & understanding of DHA accreditation & requirements for certification

Passion and commitment to the aged care arena - with prior experience working in Aged Care

Be results orientated

Have a good understanding of continuous improvement, OHS and risk management

Current AHPRA Registered Nurse Div 1 registration

Ideally you will have a minimum of two years working in the aged care environment in a Facility Manager's role. Also essential that candidates have Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
