Learning and Development Co-ordinator

Due to rapid growth and expansion we are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Trainer who will also act as Training Administrator and Learning Co-ordinator as part of the HR Team.

In particular we are interested in speaking to anyone who has experience in Aged Care and who is looking for an exciting new challenge.

While the position is based at Robina, Gold Coast at least 1 day per week, some travel to our other facilities at Caboolture, South Brisbane, Bayside and Tweed will be involved on a frequent basis.

The Ideal Candidate is

• Highly self-motivated, experienced trainer and training administrator who can work on own initiative and does not require "micro-managing"
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a fast paced and highly supportive team, with excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills
• At least 2-3 years experience in Training Administration and Co-ordination as well as at least -2 years experience as a qualified Trainer
• Solid knowledge of all health and safety and fire training requirements
• Demonstrate the ability to design and implement training and induction programmes across all levels of the Company
• Experience in Manual handling,Wounds Dressings,Palliative care,Rsi and Ergonomics
• Woked in a Aged care Enviroment for atleast 3 years
