A position has become available for an experienced Chef de Partie for a busy upmarket Cafe in the Toorak / South Yarra area. This Cafe has a modern Australian style menu and trades breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. It has a great location and a trendy and funky feel about it and a team to match. The successful chef will be committed and enjoy their trade, input to menu items and daily specials is encouraged. You will have excellent standards of hygiene & cleanliness and be able to maintain safe working practices no matter how busy it gets.
