You will utilise your skills to maximise opportunities and increase profits and repeat business. Ideally you will possess:
- RSA and RCG.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- A good understanding of day to day operations of a pub / bar.
- Cellar experience.
- Stong product knowledge.
- A good understanding of gaming.
- Can do attitude.
- OLGR.
- Outstanding level of service.
