The vital role of Cafe / Store Manager has just been created for this diverse business. Reporting to the Director, you will be accountable for your stores performance. Managing a medium size team, you will lead by example with your exceptional customer service skills and business acumen. You will posses strong leadership skills and also have a passion for ensuring your customers expectations have been meet and even exceeded. This Cafe also has a strong retail section that consists of delicious pastry's and cakes for eat in and also take away purchases. To be considered for this role you will: - Have previously managed within a cafe or retail outlet
- Have a passion for customer service
- Be a strong leader
- Have strong cash handling skills
- Have rostering experience
- Understand COG's, labour control and forecasting
- Have strong communication skills and be well presented
