Responsible for over-seeing the floor team, you will start with a salary of up to $50K + Super and Meals, and you will also have a chance to advance throughout the company into senior management. Skills/Experience required: *A previous background in a busy pub style venue and proficiency in all areas pertaining to the restaurant and bar. *A motivational and approachable leadership style is imperative, as well as a current RSA and Approved Managers certificate. *The ability to delegate as well as being completely 'hands on' in your work. *Excellent customer service and people skills
