  • Passionate and hard working with a drive to proceed in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in dealing with authorities and sound knowledge of the liquor act
  • Interest in live music and live event management
  • Customer service focused - nurture current trade and build new.
  • Ability and availability to work a 7 day rotating roster
  • Strong cellar management experience
  • Financial knowledge - P & L exposure experience and a want to work on profitability strategy with Licensee and owners
