Facility Manager- Aged Care
A unique opportunity currently exists for an energetic and highly motivated Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our wonderful facility. Your role will include managing the operational, business, compliance and financial performance of the facility. We are looking for a person who can work in team environment and closely with the Clinical Manager in the ongoing management of our lovely facility.
For this role, you will be responsible for:
- HR and staff management
- Development and marketing of the facility to ensure organisational goals are achieved
- Development and ongoing management of operation initiatives across the business
- Implementation of protocols, polices and procedures to ensure legislative alignment
- Overall management of service delivery, ensuring optimal care is provided

- Previous experience in a similar role within residential Aged Care
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated experience in Management incl financial, asset and HR Management.
- Highly motivated with strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Abile to support clients & build strong business relationships
