As the Assistant Manager you will always be on the run, providing great customer service, working closely along side the Store Manager insuring that you are motivating the team and leading by example to reach the store budgets and kpi's. Stock will play a huge part in this role, getting amongst the team managing the stock and visual merchandising to insure the store is always up to high standards. You will be experienced in coaching and developing your staff to reach their goals, just as you strive to reach yours.
