A well established busy venue located in the Northern suburbs in currently looking to recruit an all round superstar to take on the role of Bistro and functions Manager to help guide the team and take this venue to the next level.
As part of the management team will will assist the Venue management in making key decisions into how the operation is run making this an opportunity for you to stamp your authority within a large reputable Pub group. Lead from the front displaying your already strong skill set and you will be rewarded for your efforts.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Previous management experience in a similar role.
- Strong Food and beverage Knowledge.
- Leadership skills.
- Experience in staff training.
- Excellent communication.
- Understanding of financial matters.
