We are a privately owned Day Surgery Hospital located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.  Fully equipped with innovative and modern technology, our aim is to make each patients experience as efficient and as pleasant as possible.Your primary responsibilities for this position will be to work with the MD to effectively manage a fully functioning and profitable Day Surgery Hospital. You will manage all the operational aspects of Nursing including managing cost budgets, developing and implementing policy and procedures, rostering, managing HR issues and working with the quality team to ensure a high compliance of accreditation standards.
