About The Role
Me client are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join the team in a full-time capacity and be a part of their core team reporting directly to the EAM. The office is located in Airlie Beach and you will have a team of professionals reporting to you. The main responsibilities of this role are to manage and control all Recruitment, Industrial Relations, WH&S, Training and Development, Staff Community & Events and associated activities ensuring they meet the operational needs of the resort. You will have excellent Generalist HR skills with a proven history of working within the hospitality industry in hotels or resorts. The ideal candidate must have strong Industrial Relations skills and WHS knowledge is essential. This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a spectacular re-opening of a beloved Whitsundays Island Resort!
