With established offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, the new Canberra office with further cement Frontlines hold on the 3 largest employing sectors in Australia. Due to internal movements be are in a position to take on another Consultant in the near future. About the role.As our NEW Recruitment Consultant you would become an integral part of a close knit team of successful consultants. You would review applications, write ads for our online job boards, phone screen applicants, face to face interview applicants, complete data entry, format CVS and so much more. Our consultants are 360 degree recruiters so they are in touch with the process from beginning to end.Our business is set up to support Consultants to be successful. We are looking for someone who has the grit and determination to not only excel in a Consultant role but to become a “TOP GUN” and reap the rewards of success in this industry. This is not a job for the feint hearted but a CAREER for a dedicated professional who LOVES the industry.   So what are the perks?We offer great training and Career progression. You would work 8:30 – 5:30 Monday to Friday; there are no weekends involved, no more public holidays. Take Christmas off and enjoy a lovely 10+ day break! Ideally you would have worked in Retail, Hospitality, Health or Construction recruitment having carved out a career through hard work. You would have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, working to deadlines, multi tasking, have a workable knowledge of KPI’s and their importance in the sales environment. You would also be great on a computer, knowing your way around windows based programs is a must! You would have a great telephone manner, immaculate presentation and personal grooming standards as well as strong communication skills. Ideally you would have a strong typing speed with high accuracy but this is not essential. Our team is expanding to make room for another exciting business direction. We offer amazing opportunities to people who are willing to prove themselves in this market.
