Due to the growth and development of our business, we need a Retail Recruitment Specialist to join our international company, that has had consultants on the ground in Canberra since 2002 and across the nation since 1995.
Your new role
As a member of our Retail Recruitment team, you will build on our strong, long term relationships with our candidates and clients.
You will need to have determination, resilience and the ability to secure the sale!
This is not a role for the faint hearted and while office hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, to be the best of the best and reap all the lucrative rewards, we know you may need to put in time after the doors close, and offer a flexibility to ensure you get the results!
You will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, be self driven, motivated and have the desire to succeed.

To be successful you will need to possess
- Previous experience in a consultative sales environment,
- Confidence and previous experience in Business Development is highly desirable
- Demonstrated skills in operations, time management and the self discipline
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- A confident yet humble attitude
