Iconic venue in South Yarra has an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented Reservations Manager to join a very successful 5 star designer hotel. You will be in direct report with the General Manager to ensure the ongoing success of the business.The role would entail setting and sustaining a consistent exceptional level of customer service both for them self and the front of house staff as well as developing and implementing strategies to maximise hotel revenue and customer satisfaction.
