About The Role
My client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team of award winning hospitality professionals. As a dedicated and professional Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for all processes of the restaurant. This amazing Island resort is known for amazing food and exceptional service. In this hands on role you will lead the restaurant team and be responsible for beverage COS and revenue. You will have strong customer focus, and a friendly and polite personality and exemplary knowledge of fine dining service. Thorough knowledge of Australian and international wines is essential as is the ability to instill passion for excellent service, food and wine within your team.
