Being a food focused venue successful applicant needs to be able to adapt to varying markets and be able to dial into all offers. Being all across all financials, from rostering and ordering to maintaining a profitable P&L are a must.You :         Have at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role         A well rounded understanding of all things financial         Be a hands on leader         Ability to predict and monitor trade         Most of all to have fun while being at work         Creative flair for wine, beer and cocktail lists         Great understanding of industry trends and products  This is a group who reward for hard work and dedication.
