This hospitality group is seeking a talented head chef who is willing to take control over the kitchen and make a name for themselves and the venue.  The Role: As the Senior Sous Chef you will be leading a good size team professional chefs who share the same passion in food and creativity. You will also be responsible for achieving and exceed labour and food costs while working with local producers, and really having a creative input in the overall success of the venue You:Quality A la Carte restaurant background, within a high volume venues.Have good operational knowledge, OHS, financials and organisation.Exceptional management skills and the ability to build a strong team and culture.Proven ability to achieve and exceed labour and food budgets.Willingness to grow and development within a growing hospitality group.Great communication skills and attention to details.The ability to take full accountability and ownership of their role.Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.A passion for new challenges and new adventure. This is a fantastic role for a chef that wants to join a growing hospitality group.
