About The CompanyLocated in a cattle and mining community, this restaurant is covering 200-400 guests a night, as well as private function rooms and also providing off-site catering for events for corporate and leisure clientele. About The RoleAs the Sous Chef you will be in charge in the absence of the Head Chef and control the preparation and delivery of food in bulk quantities whilst providing great service. You will need to have great leadership and interaction skills with your team. A strong grasp on Food Safety and OH&S is essential. You will be liaising with the Head Chef/Manager in regards to staff rostering and ordering.
