About The Role
As the Sous Chef you will be in charge in the absence of the Head Chef and control the preparation and delivery of food in bulk quantities whilst providing great service. You will need to have great leadership and interaction skills with your team. A strong grasp on Food Safety and OH&S is essential. You will be liaising with the Head Chef/Manager in regards to staff rostering and ordering. High level of documentation in all areas will be required.
Skills & Experience
- Sous Chef level experience
- High volume food service
- Strong Food Safety and OH&S knowledge
- Team leadership
- Exceptional time management with running a large operation
