Well-known for our seasonal approach to our menu and our love of fresh local produce, we are the perfect restaurant to visit for an opportunity to sample everything that the region has to offer.
To apply for the roles of Sous Chef, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Must be a passionate industry person with a creative approach to cooking
- Be fully trade qualified - Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- A minimum of 3-4 years in a busy commercial kitchen
- Be experienced across a range of cuisine, fine dining highly regarded
- Up to date with local food trends and current culinary techniques
- Able to motivate and inspire your team
- Unrestricted work availability
