- Drive a consultative sales culture to achieve both store and individual targets
- Staff recruitment and rostering to ensure store coverage
- Management of Stock Inventory
- Administration management
- Promote and Manage a positive customer experience
- Ensure store is well presented
- 2 – 5 years previous retail management experience
- Excellent leadership and team building abilities
- Used to working towards KPI’s and sales targets
- Strong sales background
- Excellent computer skills and Administration skills
