This growing Australian owned and manufactured retailer has opened its first Canberra store and is looking for a passionate and inspiring Store Manager to motivate and develop a high performing team to achieve goals in a rewarding, caring and ecologically conscious culture.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the Store Manager you will:
- Offer exceptional customer service; providing a unique experience for all customers
- Create and ensure impeccable presentation standards within the store
- Achieve and exceed all targets
- Embody the culture of the brand and help drive the growth of this new business in the ACT
- Have a WOW factor and contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU
- A base salary of up to $50k for the right candidate
- Tuesday - Saturday Roster with the potential to become Monday - Friday once the store is excelling under your management

- Past experience in skin care or beauty is preferred with a passion in Aromatherapy or Natural Therapies
- Have strong retail Store Management experience of at least two years
- Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
- Have strong communication and relationship building skills
- Be warm, honest, positive and creative in going above and beyond to provide passionate customer care.
