Your new role
As the Manager you will possess the ability to drive the sales performance and service culture within your team.

To be successful you will need to possess
- Previous experience in sales management or team management in a consultative sales environment
- Demonstrated skills in operations, time management and the self discipline
- Great customer service, relationship building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Must have a "can do" positive approach to all situations, where looking for a motivating leadership style
