ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
As the Store Manager you will
• Offer exceptional customer service and styling tips to your customers.
• Be stylish, confident and take pride in your appearance.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's
• Assist with the training, development and succession of your performing sales team
• Be a brand ambassador for this label
• Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store

THE SKILLS YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
• A passion for fashion, with an eye for detail and the desire to style your customer from head to toe
• Have retail Store Management
• Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
• Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise
• Be warm, honest, positive and creative in going above and beyond in styling our customers
