As the Chef de Partie at this acclaimed winery, you will be responsible for operating and running your own section in the kitchen, ensuring service standards are maintained, stock rotation and storage, developing and overseeing junior staff members and working as a team at all times.
As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Competent in running all areas of the kitchen
- Experience in high end Modern Australian Cuisine
- Ability to take as well as give clear directions
- Current food safety certificate
- Necessary trade qualifications
