The venue comprises a large Bistro, TAB and Bar, Gaming, Accommodation and drive through Bottle-shop, with a massive focus on customer service and excellence. This role will also require you to have strong Gaming skills!
The successful candidate you will need to demonstrate;
- 2 - 4 years experience as a Venue Manager
- System 1 experience and hands-on skills in gaming operations
- A current Gaming license, RSA, RSF and RSG certificates
- Effective leadership, communication and organisational skills
- The ability to exceed customer service standards
- Proven food and beverage experience
- Strong financial management knowledge
- Experienced with H & L stock management system or similar
- Effective staff training and development techniques
- A strong hands-on leadership style
