To be considered for this role the ideal candidate must demonstrate -

• an adaptable style of management in working within change management
• proven track record of managing the sales and operations of a regional team within a KPI and budget measured environment
• ability to inspire success and ensure their region of stores are maximising sales and performance standards
• a track record of creating excellent succession planning initiatives and keeping morale high
• ability to work with the Managing Director in ensuring brand direction and marketing are well aligned
• experience in facilitating store openings
• ability to drive a performance orientated culture that is truly exciting and rewarding
