Your top priority will be to coach and mentor your team with a real focus on succession planning, store performance in line with all measurable KPI's and being the key point of communication from head office to stores.
To be a genuine consideration you must be able to demonstrate a proven record developing and driving store teams to deliver all their operational objectives in line with the company's strategic direction. You will have successfully managed multiple high turnover stores and have a solid understanding of retail operations and all the key business metrics.
