Open and clear communication is essential, and previous experience in both retail management, and/or an educational background is desired. If you have passion for providing exceptional customer service, are able to ensure your team are doing the same AND exceeding all targets, this role may be for you. We need someone who easily connects with all ages ranging from 2 years through to 100!!

If you have a mature mind, and the ability to communicate transparently with the current State Sales Manager - with an advanced knowledge of the sales process and connecting with both customer and clients of the business.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

• A solid track record in management of a medium to large company.
• The ability to communicate proficiently, with complete transparency.
• An outgoing and bubbly personality.
• Initiative to implement new strategies in store and on the road.
• The ability to work along side the State Sales Manager to drive the continued growth of the business.
