Our client is currently seeking Assistant Managers for various stores throughout South Australia. Offering a generous salary package of $38,000 + Super and excellent bonus structure.
To be considered for this role we are looking for experienced Assistant Managers with:
- Excellent customer service skills
- The proven ability to lead & motivate teams
- Previous Management experience
- Ability to achieve targets & KPI'S
- Perfomance management experience
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Achieving sales targets & KPI"s
- Training & development of new team
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Lead & motivate teams to success
- Controlling sales reporting & loss prevention
- A strong understanding of the Jewellery market
