Professional Jewellery company with over 90 stores located with in Australia. This is one of Australia's leading companies in Jewellery.

Our client is currently seeking Assistant Managers for various stores throughout South Australia. Offering a generous salary package of $38,000 + Super and excellent bonus structure.

To be considered for this role we are looking for experienced Assistant Managers with:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The proven ability to lead & motivate teams
  • Previous Management experience
  • Ability to achieve targets & KPI'S
  • Perfomance management experience

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Achieving sales targets & KPI"s
  • Training & development of new team
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Lead & motivate teams to success
  • Controlling sales reporting & loss prevention
  • A strong understanding of the Jewellery market
