Currently seeking a Store Manager for the Fyshwick DFO store, this store has a lot of product to work with, the turnover is quite high and the volume of stock is also. It's a hands on role where visual merchandising and stock management is key ! along with customer service and team leadership.

The Role in Short:

• Store Manager
• Salary $55K + Super + Incentives
• DFO - Fyshwick
• Store Trades 10am - 6pm (7days)
• 38 - 40hour Role / Week
• Immediate Start
• Unlimited progression

What we are looking for:

• Experience with volume product in a conventional retail environment
• Hands on experience with visual merchandising and stock management
• Leadership ability with people, a coaching and mentoring style is sort after
• Ability to give feedback, coach for performance, and develop people
• Experience with retail management basics, rosters, reporting, KPIs, budgeting, performance
