With a background in Healthcare and sales and over 10 years in various management roles, Graham strongly supports the view that for organisations to prosper, they MUST have the right people. Working in the Healthcare sector has re-enforced his belief that because this market is so specialised it needs a team of specialised recruiters to work within this area to source quality candidates.
