I see my role as “the gate keeper” for my candidates – identify the opportunity (gate), qualify, present and let them walk through. Over the last 5 years in recruitment, I have managed to gain the experience that has carried me through and that is accommodating my candidates career passions into action, whilst ensuring my clients are able to secure top talent. Since joining Frontline Health Brisbane I have to say this is the most down to earth, real, pragmatic and driven team I have been involved with throughout my career. Best thing is, is that I have gained 6kgs of success since being part of this family but more importantly I have the best team behind me and a culture second-to-none in providing a support system that works effectively for our clients and candidates.
