Rhys originally set out to be a Chiropractor but realised part way through studying that while he wanted to stay in the health sector, that was not for him. After a couple of roles in healthcare he came across recruitment and joined Frontline Health early in 2022. Rhys’ role is to handle the end to end recruitment process for designated clients across the upper North Island of New Zealand. In training to be a recruitment consultant, he is loving his work, his colleagues and has had a smooth transition into what he hopes is a new career path with plenty of growth opportunities both within the business and personally. When Rhys isn’t at work you’ll normally find him listening to music at the gym or watching any and all sports content he can.
