Kim Hansen is Recruitment Resourcer for Frontline Health Brisbane and Frontline Education Brisbane. In their position in the agency they work behind the scenes to make the recruiters jobs easier. Kim uses their skills in business administration (and love of organisation) to manage databases, template resumes and do anything else needed to streamline the recruitment process. If there’s something the recruiters need, it’s Kim’s job to be on it! This position facilitates continued business growth, with Kim’s work behind the scenes assisting in this. Their varied experiences in the workforce allows them to truly embody the phrase of ‘jack-of-all-trades’ by also being the resident tech guru, trouble-shooter, and the office DJ.
