Since joining Frontline Health Simon has been responsible for Sales and Marketing along with Allied Health recruitment. He loves assisting candidates find their ideal job and problem-solve for clients to find their ideal people. Simon’s background prior to recruitment was in Health Sales across all of Queensland, Northern Territory and Northern New South Wales. He has held positions as an Account Manager, Territory Manager, Store Manager and even a few years as a Travel Agent. This has helped Simon as a recruiter by seeing what is important to candidates, and likewise for clients to address organisational needs and opportunities.
Away from work, Simon loves his family, sports and movies. His family includes his wife and 2 children. Simon will watch and play any sport but his main loves are Baseball, Basketball and a long time ago he was a middle and long-distance runner. As for movies, that is a very diverse range of likes from classics to comedies and dramas.
