Candidate Registration Terms

We can’t wait to welcome you to the Frontline Candidate Community. There’s just a few things we need you to be aware of as part of working with us.

Work History & Background Checks

To help you land your dream role, some of our important work includes:

  • Contacting the referees you’ve provided to confirm work history, skills and performance.
  • Occasionally a role means we need to also conduct (with your consent)
    • Criminal record checks
    • Psychometric tests
    • Additional background checks specifically requested by a potential employer

These checks are normally done via a third-party pre-employment screening partner for either us or the client.

We may collect, store and disclose this information to prospective employers who are clients of Frontline in accordance with the Frontline Privacy Policy.
