We have noticed an increase in fraudulent accounts posing as Frontline consultants across WhatsApp and in Facebook groups.

Here are a few things to remember in order to stay safe online:

  • Our consultants will NEVER ask for your bank details, or payment of any sort to apply for a job.
  • If you see a fraudulent account on Facebook, please report to Facebook and group admins.
  • If this is happening to us, it's likely happening to other recruitment agencies as well, please read Facebook's guidelines for looking for jobs: https://www.facebook.com/help/1749829655318245
  • If something doesn't feel right it probably isn't, please reach out to our head office team if you're unsure at national@frgteam.com

At times, our consultants do email and send texts to your phone, so please feel free to reach out if you are unsure.

  • We give you personalised career advice
  • We help spruce up your resume
  • We let you know about jobs that aren’t yet advertised, in fact a lot of the people placed by us are placed in a different role than the one they applied for
  • We apply for roles on your behalf
  • We coach you for interviews
  • We negotiate your salary for you
  • And we help prepare you for your start date and follow-up with you after you’ve begun your new job

Each one of our 35+ agencies is locally owned and operated and each office has team of recruiters that specialise in their industry of either Retail, Hospitality, Health, Education, or Construction

The best way to begin your job search with us is to sign up to our Frontline Candidate Portal. When you sign up, your CV, job preferences, and contact details will be sent to the relevant agency, who will do their best to find you your next job. Don’t forget that the more information you can provide to us about yourself and your job search, the better chance we have of finding you your dream job!

Additionally, all of our roles that we’re recruiting get advertised on the Frontline job board, so if you see a job advertised that you’re interested in, please apply online.

No, our services to candidates are completely free!

We are paid by our clients looking for people to join their team. So, if you are a jobseeker looking for a role, you won’t ever have to pay to use our services (and no, it doesn’t come out of your salary).

We will never ask candidates for any money in exchange for interviews or jobs. If you believe you have been scammed or have been approached by someone impersonating one of our recruiters, please file a report with your local authorities.

Sydney Education is our only agency that recruit for temporary roles.

As a specialist permanent recruitment agency, we will otherwise not be able to help on this occasion. However, our sister company Express Employment Professionals are specialists in temporary on-hire recruitment and will be better suited to assist with this enquiry; you can visit their website at www.expresspros.com.au.

Our recruiters will review your application and/or profile and try and match you with a job where they think you will be most fulfilled. If we do find your perfect match, one of our recruitment consultants will be in touch with you. So, don’t forget to give us as much information about you and your job search as possible!

Our recruiters won’t always be able to find you a role straight away but don’t give up hope! We encourage you to keep applying for roles. Plus, you will remain in our database so if a role comes up that we think you might be interested in, we will let you know.

Keeping candidates informed throughout the interview process is a key priority for us, as people first recruiters. Our consultants do their best to get back to every candidate at least 1-5 business days following an interview. This is influenced by factors such as receiving client feedback or waiting for the interview process to end (with other candidates). Whilst we do our best to get in touch with candidates as soon as we can, we also welcome them to contact us asking for an update if they wish.

We do strive to reply to every application, however, if we haven’t replied there may be a few reasons. Prior to thinking you have not had a response, check your junk mail as we may have landed in there if it is the first interaction you have had with Frontline. If no communication, it could be as simple as there were many applications and we are busily working through all the candidates that have applied. We recommend you picking up the phone and calling the consultant who is listed in the job advertisement, leave a message if not able to connect and they will call you back as soon as they can.

Absolutely! The perks of partnering with Frontline is that we’ll be by your side throughout your job journey. We have hundreds of jobs available, and we’ll be able to put you forward to another company (with your consent). On average, 85% of candidates get placed in jobs that they didn’t apply to initially!

We recommend keeping your profile on our candidate portal up to date, and we post new jobs every day, so continue checking back and applying for jobs that match your skillset.

In the meantime, don’t forget to check out our useful resources to help you wherever you are on your job journey. We have career guides, interview tips, guides for international candidates, salary guides and heaps of helpful tips on our blogs.

If you have done your research and are happy that you will be able to obtain legal working rights, the best next step is to apply for the roles on our website (Frontline Job Board).

But, to help you take the first steps towards your dream of migrating, we’ve put together a free guide to help you with the process. It’s a checklist of sorts that you can refer to throughout the process, all the way to you starting your brand-new life (and job) in Australia or New Zealand; You can download your free guide here, Moving to Australia and New Zealand Checklist.

As a recruitment agency, decisions regarding offers of sponsorship are not up to us. The possibility of sponsorship is different for every opportunity we work on as it is entirely dependent on whether our client is open to offering sponsorship.

You can contact us here with your enquiry and we will share your details with the relevant agency. Please ensure you give us as many details about your enquiry as possible so we can give you the best answer. Alternatively, you can find your local agency here by clicking on your preferred industry and location.
