First step is that you partner with our recruiters who will spend time with you to find out as much as possible about your business and the role you are wanting to fill.  Our recruiters will work with you on determining the soft and hard skills that are important to you and your teamFrom there they will discuss your role with the greater team to commence the process of finding the right candidate for youWe work with several candidate data bases including our own to search as a first step. If we feel that we need to go to market, we will take time to write a great ad that will be posted across all of out job sites, including our own website and social media channelsOnce we start to collect (reach out) to candidates, we will than brief them on your role, brand and culture and if they are interested in moving forward, we will work with you to coordinate next steps. 

Our fees for permanent placements are calculated as a percentage of the successful candidate’s salary package, and this is stated on our contracts which are signed by each company – to ensure that everyone is aware of the costs upfront.

As a specialist permanent recruitment agency, we will otherwise not be able to help on this occasion. Frontline is able to provide DISC psychometric profiles to our clients as part of the recruitment process. These profiles can be completed online by the candidate. There are four reports available for you to purchase. If you are wanting to do a police check, we are able to refer the best option so do not hesitate to ask.
