Albina is a hard-working recruitment professional, she loves people and what they have to offer and is always up for a chat. She began her recruitment career working for Frontline Hospitality, where she made her mark and was awarded Rookie of the Year, before leaving due to COVID and the hospitality sector’s demise. She loves Frontline, it is her family and she has returned to Frontline Retail and loving it!

Albina always focuses on finding out more about you, your passions, and your goals and trying to find the right role that suits you. She may ask weird questions, but all to get to know you because there may be a role you didn’t think about.

Outside of recruitment, Albina is passionate about sports, name it, she’s played it. On the weekends she is an assistant scuba diving instructor and also getting into the free diving world.
