Alena started with Frontline Education Queensland as a Recruitment Resourcer, and is now performing the role of Agency Marketing and Operations Coordinator across Frontline Education Queensland, Frontline Health Queensland, and Frontline Education Melbourne agencies. In this role, she is responsible for implementing targeted approaches that ultimately connect businesses and clients with not just technically suitable candidates on paper, but individuals who will seamlessly integrate into their team and culture. Her responsibilities include managing all social media accounts, ensuring smooth operational processes, and providing human resource support.
