Helena has had 7+years in retail experience and 3+ years in retail management. Starting out in retail as a Christmas casual and since then has progressed in various retail roles, from Team Leader to Department Manager. As a Retail Manager, she has had a wide background in customer service, motivating and managing teams into high-performing individuals. As well as liaising with high end beauty stakeholder brands.

Helena loves all things retail from in store retail experience to e-commerce retail. This has led her to start out a career in recruitment, helping individuals find their dream job through retail.
