With over 15 years experience in the retail industry, and over 10 years in Area, State or National Manager roles, Kathryn has a deep understanding of the retail industry across Australia. She is passionate about all things fashion, having worked across luxury fashion, womenswear, men’s suiting, footwear and fast fashion.

Kathryn understands how important having a smooth recruitment process is to both candidates and clients and that transparency, integrity and consistency are key in delivering this. Working with people and supporting them in furthering their careers has always been a driving force for Kathryn, and she will ensure she spends the time with you to establish your needs and help navigate you to your ideal role.

Working in senior level retail roles means Kathryn also knows just how important it is to our clients that positions are filled with urgency, but most importantly, with the right candidate for the organisation. Finding the perfect fit is the key to long-term success!
