Kyah Windle was fortunate to grow up in the mountains in USA, whilst her NZ Citizenship allowed her to work and play in NZ Mountains. Ten years ago Kyah came to ski and work in Wanaka (South Island) with the local ski company Cardrona. Her role as the Branch Manager for the Cardrona and Treble Cone Wanaka town office and departments, saw her working across retail, hospitality, HR whilst leading a team of up to 30 staff. Kyah’s favourite aspect of the role; (apart from skiing and being in the mountains) was recruitment. She has a passion for connecting people and engaging with people. She is excited to be part of the Frontline team, to expand upon those skills and work within the Health sector. If not on the ski slopes then she can be found either hard at work or outdoors, walking with her dog Remi.
