Before joining the Frontline Recruitment as the Client Relationship Manager, Silvia worked as a Company Secretary and senior governance executive working to the Board Chair and CEO. She was responsible for overseeing corporate services including HR, finance and communications as well as legal compliance and risk management.

Silvia also has previous business ownership experience providing insight into small and medium business needs and requirements. She has a business degree, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Member of the Governance Institute. She is a governance and corporate services professional with over twenty five years’ experience in both the public and private sectors.
